Leftovers are great. It’s wonderful to come home to a fridge full of delicious leftovers. You know what’s even better than a fridge full of leftovers? Making delicious creations with your leftovers! Turkey, ham, potatoes, cranberries, pumpkin puree; all of these items can be used to make a few tasty creations.

A leftover tradition that started with my mom is the leftover turkey sandwich. Unfortunately, I do not have a recipe to share with you for this sandwich but it’s pretty simple to make. Take two pieces of bread and load them with turkey and/or ham, stuffing, cranberry sauce, sweet potato casserole and then enjoy. I like to put a little mayo on my sandwich. Ok, maybe a lot of mayo. I’m in love with mayo. What can I say?

Great great recipes. The best thing about leftovers are they are so full of flavor and we don’t have to do much but it turns out great as something else too.
