Gluten Free Pancakes
Lately I’ve been trying to cut back on my intake of gluten. I bought some pretty darn good gluten free all purpose flour from Jules Gluten Free recently so I decided to make some pancakes with it. These pancakes were delicious! Not only did they taste like pancakes made with wheat flour, they also had the same texture. If you’ve been looking for a great gluten free pancake recipe, look no further!

These look so good, and I love that there gluten free!
I love pancakes!! When I was a teenager, I ate them every single day for breakfast for an entire summer. These look so good!
I should share these with my mom! Thanks for linking up at a Humble Bumble!
Those looks so yummy Julie! Can you tell me what the ingredients are in the GF flour you used? Mr. B & I are on a modified low carb diet and are staying away from grains. Thanks for linking this recipe up at the party this week! I will be featuring this post on my Facebook page ♥
Too much milk. Would work better if 3/4 cup milk.
Actually, 1 cup worked perfect.

I rarely comment on blogs, but I just made these pancakes and had to leave a message!! These were A-W-E-S-O-M-E! I made a few adjustments. I used 2.5 tbsps of applesauce instead of oil. I used 1/2 c of turkish yogurt + 3/4 c of almond milk instead of the regular milk. I also added about 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. These were freaking awesome!! Just awesome! The best gluten free pancakes i’ve ever eaten! So thank you so much for sharing this recipe. It will be my new go-to pancake recipe.
Hi Nicole!
Thanks so much for stopping by and letting me know you tried the pancakes. And thank you for letting me know your substitutions. I want to try the pancakes with those substitutions now!
Have a lovely weekend. :)
Just had to say, still my favorite recipe!!!! I made it again tonight, pretty much the way I described above and it was still sensational!! My boyfriend (who isn’t a celiac), loves the recipe too. Can’t tell it’s GF, and when I told him, still didn’t care and asks me to make it at least once a month. Thank you so very much, again! :)
Yay! So glad this is still one of your favs, Nicole! Thanks so much for stopping by to let me know and to share your experience with me! :)
I sliced bananas in the batter then cooked. Yummy they are awesome. Thanks
