Easy Ground Beef Recipes
Happy Thursday, food lovers! Do you have fun and exciting plans for the weekend? We do and it involves FOOD! We are smoking a “practice” turkey because it’s our first year hosting Thanksgiving dinner at our house. We want to make sure we get the smoking method down pat before we smoke the turkey for our family on Thanksgiving day. In addition to the turkey, I will make my favorite Thanksgiving side dishes including Homemade Cornbread Dressing, Baked 4 Cheese Mac n Cheese and Sweet Potato Casserole with Pecan Streusel. We will place a drip pan under the turkey as it smokes so we can catch the juices. I will make gravy with the turkey juices. If the gravy turns out well, I will share the recipe on my blog before Thanksgiving.

We have a weekend tradition at home and that is “beefy” weekend; where we only have beef all weekend. My mom shared this article with everyone at home and we will get to choose what we’ll eat. We enjoyed this article because the recipes are well written.

hanks! My fiancé is an amazing cook but me, not so much! I made this today for dinner so he didn’t have to cook. It was great! Easy enough for this inexperienced cook and tasty enough for his experienced taste buds! I added A super reduced balasmic on top since we use it for Caprese salad and it baked onto The chicken really well. This recipe is a keeper! Any idea for a balsamic Like sauce to go with it?
If you are okay with a little sugar I suggest Alessi Balsamic Reduction. It’s great! you only need to drizzle a little on whatever you are cooking or topping but it adds great flavor!
I can’t wait to try some of your recipes! I just got my first crock pot (and I’m a senior) and am exploring the world of slow cooked food. Thanks!

Just made this for dinner tonight, so good! I had some trouble finding some of the ingredients so I substituted tahini and a red curry paste for the miso, also did shrimp instead of tofu (for pleasure of My fiancé haha) but I have to say to definitely make the soft boiled egg! It was the cherry on top 👏👏
