40 Meatless Main Dishes
A few months ago I decided to quit eating all land animals. I still eat seafood on occasion but 90% of my diet now consists of meatless meals. With the new eating habits comes the quest to find delicious meatless main dishes to make that my meat eating boyfriend will also enjoy.
I’ve put together a great collection of meatless main dishes that your entire family will most likely love, even if your family isn’t a meat free family. Some of these meals are vegan and some are vegetarian. They’re perfect to serve on Meatless Monday or any other day of the week, for that matter.
I challenge you to incorporate some of these meatless main dishes into your meal rotation. I think you’ll find that one can enjoy the pleasures of eating without having to include meat in the meal. ♥︎

Ok just need to share this – at first glance I thought it said “meatless man dishes” which confused me, then I laughed, then I thought, “oh that is smart – dinners without meat that men would like!” but then I realized it said MAIN dishes. WOW. It’s late. But hey, a great idea for a future post! ?
